We got our train tickets for all the trips we need to our various destinations. I am relieved they came because it was no picnic getting these purchased! Our friend George suggested go directly to GWR, which worked great, until it didn't. It took some time to figure out exactly where we wanted to go, meaning the correct station names, then times, choosing a seat, etc. Finally, I was all set then the site refused my credit card. I tried several times to no avail. I called Capitol One to find out what the problem was and they said the first attempt was accepted and I should check with GWR why it said it wasn't. Next I called GWR and after talking to 2 people they finally realized I was in the US and said no out-of-country cards were accepted. Oh great! I said it took the charge and they said to call my credit card company for that.
